Amitabh Bachchan, Ajay Devgn and Kareena Kapoor starrer Satyagraha, which had a superb opening, has shown good improvements in its collection at the Indian Box Office on Saturday. The Prakash Jha-directed socio-political thriller has beaten the second day record of his Blockbuster movie Raajneeti.
Made with a whopping budget of Rs 50 crores, Satyagraha released in 2500 screens in the country on August 30. The movie minted Rs 11.21 crore at the Indian Box Office on Friday, beating the opening day record of Raajneeti. Although the film garnered mixed reviews from film critics, a positive word of mouth took its business upwards on Saturday. It has collected Rs 13.08 crores on the second day, taking its two-day domestic total to Rs 24.29 crores.
